Customer Service Im-/Export Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Lead, manage and develop our appr. 25 international Customer Service employees located at different locations around the world
  • Troubleshooting and support for Customer Service team leads and employees
  • Overall operational responsibility for the daily Customer Service business
  • Close cooperation with Head of Customer Service Operations especially with regard to the implementation of new and improved processes
  • Collaboration with Sales to implement a continuous improvement cycle for our support processes
  • Supervision of customs operations and international document business
Your profile
  • University degree or successfully completed vocational training and profound knowledge in wholesale and foreign trade
  • At least 6 years of working experience in international trading business, and thereof at least 3 years of experience as team lead
  • Proven track record in inside sales or inside sales support
  • Excellent and inspiring communication skills in both English and German, additional language skills preferred
  • Advanced MS Office experience, especially in Excel, and relevant experience using an ERP system
  • Exceptional communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Strong team player with a high level of service orientation and a passion for people development
  • Hands-on proactive approach with high quality standards and flexibility, where needed
  • Solution-focused approach with a 'can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
