Your mission
- You take responsibility for pulp grades sales for a defined customer portfolio in China including already existing long-term agency agreements
- You conduct daily information exchange/status discussion with customers and designated manager
- You serve suppliers around the world, including South and North America and Europe in communication with responsible manager
- You negotiate and conclude sales contracts primarily focusing on customers with demand for dissolving wood pulp, including, but not limited to viscose staple fiber, viscose filament yarn, lyocell, cellophane producers and other relevant customers
- You enter new markets, seize new sales opportunities and acquire new customers
- You develop new and maintain existing business relations through frequent business trips to our customers and suppliers.
- You attend important trade shows/conferences and other industry events in order to broaden your scope of possibilities
- You work independently in close cooperation with designated manager, suppliers, customers and local agents.
- You make sure that we are using the appropriate sales channels and sales structure for each individual supplier, preserving their values, business culture and code of conduct
- You prepare regular market and personal reports
- You support suppliers with joined customers visits, attending conferences, providing visit reports, etc
- You attend regular tele/video conferences with customers and suppliers, preparing and providing accurate information on the market developments and statuses
- You are helping create and update customer and supplier profiles including demand, consumption and other important details on a timely basis
